Speaker: Vivian Yuan, Owner and Principal Attorney of Yuan Law Firm, APC.  Vivian has over 17 years of experience in taxation, business law and trusts and estates.  Prior to starting her own law practice, Vivian was Director of Tax at a large international company headquartered in San Francisco, where she oversaw domestic and international tax operations, and Tax Manager at KPMG, LLP.
